Season Plan

Players born in 2016 and 2015 for the 2024/2025 soccer season. The program is all year long starting in August 2024 and ending June 1st of 2025. Players train twice a week for one hour training session. Typical season for this age group is comprised of one local tournament in the fall and participation in local league and two local tournaments in the spring plus local league games.

Age group objectives are established at the beginning of every season and crafted into our training sessions to help players develop the appropriate skills for their age. Technically, we are looking to create a solid base of ball control skills like passing, receiving, striking and dribbling. Tactically, we coach the players to understand spacial awareness, creating space and applying basic principles of attacking and defending. Physically, we look to increase speed, agility, coordination and balance. Psychosocially, we look to create an environment where players can interact positively and build self confidence.

Players born in 2014, 2013, 2012 and 2011 for the 2024/2025 soccer season. The program is all year long starting in August 2024 and ending June 1st of 2025. Players train three times a week for one hour and fifteen minutes training session. Typical season for this age group is comprised of two local tournament in the fall and participation in local league and three local tournaments in the spring plus local league games. Families will have the option to add an out of budget regional tournament to the season in Las Vegas or California for an extra fee that will be calculated at that time based on the tournament.

Age group objectives are established at the beginning of every season and crafted into our training sessions to help players develop the appropriate skills for their age. Technically, we will focus on quality of passing and receiving technique as well as ball control in game situations. Tactically, we will look to develop attacking/defending principles and combination play and improve possession and transition as well as collective defending during the match. Physically, the players will need to increase speed, agility, coordination and balance in competitive games. Psychosocially, its important that players increase collective self-confidence.

Players born 2010, 2009, 2008 and 2007 for the 2024/2025 soccer season. The program is for all the high school age groups starting after the end of the high school program, late October, and ending June 2025. Players start their trainings after they’re done with high school and will train three times a week for one hour and fifteen minutes training session. Typical season for this age group is comprised of one regional/college showcase tournament in November or beginning of December.

The objectives for this age group are to prepare the players for a soccer career in college or pro level. They will play in tournaments that will offer exposure to college coaches and programs all over the country. The club will offer opportunities to record their games and create individual highlights for future opportunities.

From a soccer perspective the technical focus in trainings will be to focus on perception and quick execution of passing, ball controlling, receiving to turn at speed and finishing. Tactically, players will learn to execute quick transitions, counter attacking and positional attacking in the final third as well pressing and zonal defending, develop speed in the game, focus in counter attacking and pressing. Physically, players will work on improvement of high-level aerobic power and specific acyclic speed as well as repetitive explosive strength. Psychosocially, players will be trained to increase concentration and self control.
